About Wenzetu Hub
The Wenzetu Hub programme, commonly referred to as the Islam Hub is a discipleship programme that equips churches to make and nurture disciples of Jesus Christ in contexts where Christians are a minority and Islam is the dominant religious and cultural influence. The programme seeks to strengthen the unity, witness, and capacity of the Church while supporting believers – particularly Muslim Background Believers (MBBs) to grow into mature followers of Christ.
The programme empowers churches and local leaders to engage Muslim communities with biblical wisdom, compassion, and culturally appropriate discipleship. By strengthening leaders, teachers, and local trainers, the programme fosters sustainable disciple-making movements, promotes biblical stewardship, and builds resilient Christian communities that faithfully live out the Gospel in challenging contexts.
The programme focuses on three integrated areas of intervention: Contextual Discipleship and Islamic Worldview Training, Biblical Stewardship and Economic Empowerment, and Trauma Healing.
