CMS-Africa through the Wholistic Transformational Leadership program uses VISION-CONFERENCES to advance mindset change/ transformation.
These are Five days conferences designed for church leaders’ farmers, business people, and various leaders in churches and communities.
The program impacts participants in various ways including helping participants to re-discover God’s glorious vision for the nations, a vision of comprehensive transformation described by Jesus as God’s kingdom.
Christians are helped to understand and uphold biblical worldviews and to recognize and abandon false, unbiblical beliefs.
We, therefore, help the local church to discover God’s vision for the nations, acquire a biblical worldview and live it out in every sector of society.
