3. Women Empowerment Programme

Across the world, women often face significant disadvantages, and Africa is no exception. Many women endure profound suffering due to various social injustices, often being ranked last in their communities.

One of the effective solutions to address this inequality is equipping women with financial skills that empower them to sustain themselves and their families through small businesses. CMS-Africa has developed a comprehensive program to achieve this, creating a platform where women can learn, share, and encourage one another.

This interactive program encourages active participation and contributions from its participants. The training manual is divided into five sections, focusing on both personal transformation and practical business skills:

1. Self-Identity and Transformation of the Mind: Addressing and overcoming negative mindsets that hinder growth.
2. Business Skills: Covering essential topics such as Business Planning, Financial Stewardship, Bookkeeping, Marketing, and Selling.
