About Leadership Formation Programme
The Leadership Formation Programme is a transformational leadership initiative that equips current and emerging Christian leaders with the knowledge, skills, values, and spiritual foundation needed to influence their churches, communities, and nations for Christ. The programme invests in leadership development through scholarships, mentorship, and discipleship.
The programme removes financial barriers that prevent gifted but economically disadvantaged students from accessing quality education while nurturing leaders of integrity who are committed to holistic mission. Through strategic partnerships with churches, educational institutions, and scholarship partners, leaders are equipped to become agents of transformation in ministry, education, community development, and other sectors across Africa.
The programme combines scholarship support, leadership development, discipleship, and mentorship to build a growing network of Christ-centred leaders who serve with excellence and inspire lasting transformation in their communities.
Goal
To develop transformational Christian leaders who demonstrate biblical values and provide effective leadership that transforms churches, communities, and nations across Africa.
Target Population
Theological students, university and college students, church leaders, clergy, young professionals, and economically disadvantaged learners with demonstrated leadership potential across Africa.

- Increased access to quality education for emerging Christian leaders through scholarship support.
- Graduates demonstrate Christ-centred leadership and contribute to the transformation of churches, communities, and institutions across Africa.
- A growing network of transformational leaders who mentor others, strengthen Christian witness, and promote holistic community development.
Impact So far
- Over 1,061 students supported through scholarships between 2020 and 2025, enabling them to pursue education in schools, colleges, and universities across Africa.
- Hundreds of graduates are now serving as pastors, church leaders, teachers, missionaries, community development practitioners, and professionals across Africa, multiplying the programme’s impact through ministry and leadership.
- A large number of refugees, vulnerable youth, women, and students from humble backgrounds are able to complete their education and pursue their God-given calling.
